Psalm 13 | Read in NIV YouVersion

We are continuing our series entitled "Body Language: Building One Another up in the Body of Christ." This week's message will focus on the language of lament.

Pause for Reflection:

Lament is grief expressed in an atmosphere of faith. In this passage, David moves from "How long?" to "look on me and answer" to "But I trust." His circumstances haven't necessarily changed, but he has brought his pain into the presence of God.

Where are you on that spectrum? It's ok to answer honestly. David sure did!

Pray for today's service at Living Faith.

Pray for area churches to have compassion for all those who are in lament and to be able to bring the hope of the gospel to all who need it.
