This week, we begin preparing our hearts for Easter as we study the steps Jesus took towards Jerusalem and the cross. Today's passage highlights one of the prophetic words in the Old Testament Jesus' sacrifice would fulfill.

Pause for Reflection:
Jesus will quote this passage when he clears the temple, which we will read next week. How did Jesus live out zeal for His Father's house? How does this passage inspire you to pursue zeal for the House/Kingdom of God in your own life?

Pray for the youth mission trip to the DR this summer. Pray that each short-term missionary will develop a good prayer team to be praying for them while they minister. Is the Lord asking you to commit to pray for a specific missionary? Consider reaching out to them and letting them know you would like to pray be on their prayer team.

Pray for our local chapter of Habitat for Humanity. Pray that every family that needs a home in our county will find an avenue to have a healthy place of safety in which to live.
